Eldan: Seems so. Everyone was told to stay home today unless they HAD to be in central London (with the Circle and Piccadilly lines down, you can imagine), so the stations were petty deserted. I’ve never seen Euston so empty. But those who ARE here seem to be going about life, business as usual. Certainly, there are more cops on the street, and they’re searching bags at the British Library.
But there’s certainly no wailing and gnashing of teeth.
